1. Subscription Service:

a. Monthly subscription: Users can subscribe to the service on a monthly basis. The pricing for the monthly subscription starts at $9.99 per month, which includes the translation of subtitles for up to 5 movies. Additional movies can be translated for an extra fee.

b. Annual subscription: Users can also opt for an annual subscription, which provides a discounted rate compared to the monthly subscription. The pricing for the annual subscription starts at $99 per year, which includes the translation of subtitles for up to 100 movies. Additional movies can be translated for an extra fee.

2. One movie only:

a. Single movie translation: Users can also choose to translate subtitles for a single movie only. The pricing for a single movie translation starts at $1.99 per movie.

Note: The above pricing is indicative and may vary based on the specific requirements of each project. We provide customized pricing based on the specific needs of each client. We also offer discounts for long-term subscriptions and bulk orders.

Refund Policy :

We provide machine translations for our customers. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our translation, you may request a refund within 48 hours of receiving the completed subtitle file. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide us with a detailed explanation of the issues you have encountered with the translation. We will review your request and, if approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Please note that we do not provide refunds for cancellations made after we have started working on the translation. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the source material provided to us for translation.
